• 1.1 By making a purchase on the up-game.pro website, you confirm your agreement with the terms of this agreement.
• 1.2. The site administration reserves the right to change or supplement the rules without prior notice. The current version of the agreement is always available on the site.

• 2.1. Refunds are only possible to the internal balance of the site and are not made directly to payment systems.
• 2.2. Refunds will not be made in the following cases:
• — the software was blocked by the game or anti-cheat;
• — the malfunction is caused by the features of the user’s operating system or incorrect PC settings;
• — the product is in the process of being updated (including already activated keys);
• — the user refused technical support.
• 2.3. Technical refund (to balance) is possible only if the error in our software is confirmed. The decision is made by the developer or the project administration.

• 3.1. One license is intended for use on one computer only. Transfer of keys to third parties is strictly prohibited.
• 3.2. Checking the compatibility of the product with the operating system is entirely the responsibility of the buyer (information is provided in the product description).

• 4.1. The website up-game.pro is not responsible:
• — for blocking game accounts;
• — for possible damage arising from incorrect use of the software.
• 4.2. The user is prohibited from:
• - decompile, modify or hack the software;
• — transfer or publish license keys.

• 5.1. The release dates of updates depend solely on the developer. Claims regarding the release time are not accepted.
• 5.2. Possible compensations (for example, license extension or bonuses) are provided only by decision of the administration.

• 6.1 Account blocking. The Administration does not compensate for account blocking, even if the software was used correctly. The Buyer accepts all risks.
• 6.2. Functionality Inconsistency. If the product works, but some functions are temporarily disabled due to a game update or patch, no refund is provided.
• 6.3. Anti-cheat update. Temporary inoperability of the software after the anti-cheat update is not grounds for a refund (see clause 5.1).
• 6.4. Fraud. Providing false information about the product's inoperability without evidence will result in the user being blocked.
• 6.5. Purchase "in advance". Keys purchased but not activated are not subject to return, even if the product is outdated or has been closed.
• 6.6. Compatibility with other software. We do not guarantee the correct operation of our products when used simultaneously with other cheats, mods, macros or third-party programs. The responsibility for the cleanliness of the system lies entirely with the user.
